Delectable dessert - “Khao Lam” - Sticky Rice in Bamboo

There are some interesting and delicious desserts to be had when walking the streets and markets of Chiang Mai. “Khao Lam” is a mixture of sticky rice, sugar, coconut cream and sometimes black beans or sesame, placed in bamboo tube and roasted. Can be eaten hot straight away or taken home, put in the fridge and eaten cold. Delicious either way!
